Christmas Time is Here

Well, my holiday time-off is here and in-between the madness of Christmas shopping (mostly done), prep for hosting Christmas dinner (not done at all), spending time with by husband (he doesn't like too much anyway), and hosting some football parties (dreading), I hope to finish up editing Prodigal Son (sequel to Begotten Son).  I'm so excited about this one, and I really hope I can get others excited about it too.

It's Finally Here!

I've finally republished the Revised and Expanded version of Begotten Son! This version goes back to my originally copy of the manuscript before I took a machete to it and hacked out what I had thought was too much.  However, it became clear that those passages were quite necessary for understanding of the world I was creating and trying to convey to all of my readers.  It is available on Amazon Kindle and I hope you'll take the time to give it another try.

I keep tripping over great quotes about libraries in TV and movies and I keep thinking I need to make note of them, so since I haven't found anything else interesting to talk about in my blog lately, I thought this might be a great way to kill two birds.

Randy: I didn't steal 'em, Dennis. You told me to get the books, I got you the books. That's what a library is, it's for borrowing.  That's what library means in Spanish...it means "borrow book store."
